Service Agreement Addendum for Website Services

"Basic Package" means an Internet Platform with the following features:

1. A public-facing website with up to twenty four (24) pages;
2. Use of Virtual Interconnect's website designs;
3. Secure form module;
4. Animation wizard;
5. E-commerce module with up to five (5) products;
6. Ten (10) e-mail accounts, each limited to a storage space of 25MB;
7. Webmail/POP3/IMAP/SMTP e-mail access;
8. Contact database;
9. Graphical newsletter module, with "Send to a friend" function and automatic opt-out function;
10. 1GB (one gigabyte) of storage space; and
11. 100MB (one hundred megabytes) of data transfer per month.

Basic Package. The Basic Package has a one-time set up fee of $599.00 (U.S. Dollars), due immediately upon execution of this Agreement and payable to Us, plus a fee of $39.95 (U.S. Dollars) per month.

Add-ons. The following optional add-ons are available to you at this prices specified:

1. E-mail addresses -- $1 per address per month
2. Extra pages -- $0.25 per page per month
3. Blog module -- $12/month
4. Products -- Price varies depending on number (number includes five free products included in the Base Package):
   1. 0-5 -- Free
   2. 6-55 -- $10/month
   3. 56-250 -- $25/month
   4. 251-500 -- $35/month
   5. 501-1,000 -- $50/month
   6. 1,001-5,000 -- $75/month
   7. 5,001-10,000 -- $100/month
   8. 10,001-25,000 -- $150/month
5. Audio support -- $10/month
6. Member pages -- $25/month for 100 members
7. Password-protected pages -- $25/month
8. Aggregator module -- $2,000 additional setup fee and $20/month
9. Accounting module -- $500 additional setup fee and $50/month
10. Customer appreciation module (requires Accounting Module) -- $150/month
11. Base video package -- $60/month
    1000 Viewer Minutes per month
    10 minutes of video storage
12. Base Plus video package -- $120/month
    2500 Viewer Minutes per month
    15 minutes of video storage
13. Base Ultimate video package -- $220/month
    5000 Viewer Minutes per month
    20 minutes of video storage
14. Supersite -- $5,000 additional setup fee and $160/month
15. GPS Mapping Module -- $160.05/month (limited time offer)
16. Autoresponder -- $25/month
17. Tech support/custom programming -- $125/hour with a 15 minute minimum

Registration or Renewal of Domain Name(s). A Domain Name is a fully registered internet address for your Internet Platform. You can choose from a .com, .net, .org, or a handful of others. Registration is subject to availability - if the name you choose is not available, we can't register it. We can register one or more Domain Names for your use, to be pointed to the Internet Platform, at a rate of $50 (U.S. Dollars) per year per Domain Name.

Transfer of Domain Name(s). If you already have a Domain Name, and you would like to use it for your Internet Platform, we may have to do a Transfer. Transfer of Domain Name(s) has a one time fee of $50 (U.S. Dollars) per Domain Name. When the Transfer is complete, one year will be added to the duration of your registration. When the term of your registration expires, the Domain Name(s) will be renewed at standard rates as specified in this pricing document. You can only transfer in Domain Names that you own or otherwise have rights to. For a successful transfer, as we do not own the Domain Name, we will need your full cooperation to transfer it to us. The amount of participation varies, but generally includes unlocking the Domain Name, setting the administrative contact e-mail address, and Authorization Code. We will have to contact you with the exact steps you will need to take for the transfer to go as smoothly as possible.

Early Renewal. To make sure your Domain Name does not expire, you authorize us to renew your Domain Name(s), and we may charge you for renewal of your Domain Name up to six (6) months before it expires. When we renew a Domain Name, regardless of how early it is renewed, one (1) year is added to the duration of the registration.

Subdomains. Should you choose not to register a Domain Name, or while a Transfer of a Domain Name is in process, You may choose a Subdomain to use, subject to availability, at no cost to You. Because Subdomains are placed under the Domain Names that We own, they are not transferable to other providers. E-mail functions may or may not be available if You do not have a Domain Name. We may, at our sole discretion, change your Subdomain address to a new one of Our choosing.

Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy. For all Domain Names or Subdomains, You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy, available at http://www.icann.org/en/udrp/udrp.htm.

In its sole discretion, Virtual Interconnect reserves the right to unilaterally change, add, modify or remove any portion of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time. Any modifications in the terms and conditions will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service and/or the continuation of this Agreement without termination after the changes to the terms and conditions are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
